The Bots we should worry about are People Trained by the Neural Network

The robots of the future to worry about are people on their phones doing what the apps tell them to do. The neural network is training people now. Like TikTok, for example - they'll click one button and Skullbreaker challenge or 'burn your mask' challenge goes viral.

It's already happening and it's only going to get worse. Bots training people is not an exaggeration.
People base truths and falsehoods on how many likes a post gets, their own posts and other's.
That's how the 'bots' control the next thing the masses should do.
It also trains you to worship vanity by making you repeat and mimic things over and over, like marionettes, until there's no need for free-will. And whenever someone has an insanely stupid idea the 'bots' will make sure it trends (hence 'burn your mask' challenge). We'll probably see much more of that in the future.
What would be the reason to create expensive, metallic robots when you can train slaves for free?
